The Customs House is one of La Maison’s most versatile smaller spaces.
Its private setting and audiovisual facilities make it particularly well suited to workshops, presentations and corporate meetings. Once the work is done, the same space can bring everyone together over lunch, dinner, drinks or canapés.

The Workshop Package can cover coffee on arrival, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea, allowing your team to remain focused throughout the day.
A corporate lunch or dinner
Host clients, colleagues or your leadership team for a seated meal in a space that feels private and removed from the usual office environment.
Choose from the Set Menu Package or the all-inclusive Corporate Meeting Package.
A private gathering
The Customs House can also be used for smaller celebrations, family gatherings and private dining. Choose a seated menu or begin with canapés and drinks before moving into lunch or dinner.

Workshop Package
$65 per person
Minimum 10 guests
Includes:
- Barista-made coffee or tea on arrival
- Morning tea with a selection of house-baked goods
- A chef-selected lunch menu
- Soft drinks and juice with lunch
- Seasonal fruit and house-made sweets for afternoon tea
Dietary requirements can be accommodated. For groups of fewer than 10 guests, room hire may apply.
Best for: Workshops, staff training, planning days and professional development sessions.
Corporate Meeting Package
$140 per person
For 20 to 30 guests
An all-inclusive package featuring:
- A three-course menu
- Premium wine and beer
- Soft drinks, tea and coffee
- Room hire
- Projector, screen and microphone
Spirits are not included.
Best for: Conferences, client dinners, presentations and corporate evenings.
Set Menu Package
$75 per person for two courses
$85 per person for three courses
A seated dining experience with shared entrées, followed by seasonal mains and desserts. Choose from individual service or alternate drop.
Best for: Client dinners, private dining and smaller celebrations.
Canapé Package
$45 per person
Minimum 20 guests
A selection of hot and cold canapés designed for guests to enjoy while mingling. Bowl food and sharing platters can also be added.
Best for: Networking events, post-workshop drinks and relaxed corporate gatherings.
Drinks Packages
Basic and Premium Drinks Packages are available, featuring selected beers, sparkling, white and red wines, plus tea, coffee, soft drinks and juice.

Yes. The Customs House has audiovisual capabilities for presentations, workshops and speeches. Let our team know what equipment you require when enquiring.
Room hire and audiovisual equipment are included in the Corporate Meeting Package. For other packages, room hire may depend on your guest numbers and event requirements.
Yes. The Workshop Package includes coffee or tea on arrival, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.
Yes. Please provide dietary requirements when confirming your final guest numbers so the kitchen can prepare suitable alternatives.
Yes. Depending on availability, canapés, drinks or a seated meal can be added to your event.
Final guest numbers are required five days before your event. Menu selections are required at least seven days beforehand.
No. La Maison is a fully licensed, non-BYO venue. Drinks packages and private bar options are available.
